The fridge that never cooled

The location was ideal for our plans, with plenty of nearby attractions to explore. Staff attempted to assist with our refrigerator issue during our stay.

Despite reporting the broken refrigerator multiple times, it remained unfixed, which left us quite disappointed and unable to make meals in our kitchenette setup.

During my stay, I appreciated the professional and kind staff, alongside the fresh-smelling bed linens in my room. The location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. However, the air conditioning could have performed better, and the gym facilities were lacking, making it difficult to maintain my workout routine. Additionally, the on-site laundry was convenient but could use more machines to avoid long waits.

Location was perfect for our needs.

The air conditioner was ineffective. we sweltered the whole night. The kitchenette was poorly equipped, lacking basic cooking utensils. Check-in was disorganized, and our room wasn't ready on arrival, which caused frustration.

Great location near the mall, but no fitness center available during our stay.

I recently stayed at Woodspring Suites and appreciated the friendly staff. The location near the Green River was fantastic for exploring. There was limited breakfast variety. A pleasant stay with clean accommodations!

Great stay with friends! We loved visiting WaMu Theater and the nearby Green River. The place had comfy beds and was super clean which made our time enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful too. It's a fantastic option for groups looking to have a fun time together!

One downside was the limited breakfast options. it could use a little more variety.

The lobby's inviting decor made me feel right at home, and the accessible features were a blessing, allowing ease of movement throughout the hotel during my stay.

We had a nice time cooking our meals in the room and the price was great too! The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot water in the bathroom. However, the check-in process was a bit slower than I'd like, but overall, we had a good stay! 😊

the location of woodspring suites was perfect for our stay, super close to the airport. all the staff were extremely helpful and kind, which made a big difference. we found the price to be great, too, making it a solid choice for our family trip.

clean, clean, clean

The room was super clean I was impressed by the full-size fridge and the convenient on-site laundry facilities, perfect for longer stays! The location was spot-on, with quick access to both the mall and the city.

Basil's Restaurant served the most delightful seafood that left me craving more! Waterleaf Restaurant & Bar was a cozy find too, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff at Woodspring Suites were also super friendly, making me feel right at home.

Unfortunately, I had a bit of a kerfuffle at check-in. After confirming a room availability, they refused us entry upon arrival. It was perplexing and felt pretty unfair, but at least the room was clean when we finally got it.

The room was clean and comfy. The air conditioning worked great, which was a blessing. I loved having a full-size fridge with a large freezer – super convenient! The location is solid too, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Nice bonus with on-site laundry taking card payments. Overall, it worked out pretty well for my stay.

It was just a great fit for one night in Tukwila with good value. The kitchenette didn’t work as expected, which was a letdown. Make sure to confirm your fridge and AC before settling in.
